THERMAL DISPOSAL OF BONE WASTE OF MEAT FACILITIES WITH RECEIVING PHOSPHORUS FERTILIZERS

Keywords: bone waste, oxidative pyrolysis, organic phosphorus fertilizer, combustible gas.

Abstract

A new technology for the production of organic phosphorus fertilizers from bone waste has been developed. The basis of the technology is the process of oxidative pyrolysis of a mixture of crushed bones and wood chips in the proportion of 50 × 50% by mass. As a result, bone coal is obtained, with a content of the active substance P2O5 of 39-45%, which corresponds to double superphosphate. The simple hardware design of the technology allows it to be used at every meat processing plant. Bible 6, fig. 4, table 3.
