License agreement
For open access publishing, VE journal uses an exclusive licensing agreement. Authors will transfer copyright to VE but will have the right to share their article in the same way permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, along with certain scholarly usage rights.
The transfer of copyright is deemed in effect if and when the submitted article is accepted for publication. Authors should ensure that submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere in any language, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Copyrighted material (e.g. tables, figures or extensive quotations) should be reproduced only with appropriate permission and acknowledgement.
